– Pay Harmonization: MDCAN seeks to address discrepancies in Clinical Medical Lecturers’ salaries, entry levels, and pensions by expediting harmonization with the Consolidated Medical Salary Structure (CONMESS)
– Non-Discrimination: The association vows to take legal action against advertisements discriminating against Medical and Dental Lecturers for Vice Chancellor positions
